I joined the MGDD Team about 2 and a half years ago and it has been such a unique experience and fantastic learning opportunity.

 

It is with this team that I've observed, experienced and learned how leading with empathy, kindness, respect and excellence fosters the greatest kind of environment for a team and project to successfully operate in.
